Camp Hill Women are seeking a new Head Coach, starting next season..
The new Head Coach will lead the development of all aspects of senior Ladies rugby at Camp Hill RFC, support current rebuild activity and support the development of Junior Girls Age Grade rugby, with the long term view of transition to the Senior Ladies section.
This post, preferably, requires a two year minimum commitment.
Candidates should be a minimum of an RFU Level 2 Coach with coaching and/or playing experience. Have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate at all levels. Be hardworking, open and honest, with a desire to develop as a coach o motivational and empowering view of coaching, rewarding success and development.
The new Head Coach will be responsible for coaching and development of all Camp Hill WRFC players, with all levels of experience.
They will also lead the coaching team whose responsibilities include setting and implementing the Club Game Plan, setting the goals and objectives for the two-year performance plan, produce training content for Tuesday and Thursday evenings from pre-season to the end of the season.
The Head Coach will be Lead Coach for all Sunday matches at locations that will require travel time, have an active role in team selection, including implementation of a clear selection policy, support the growing junior girls section and report in to, but not be part of, the Ladies Committee.
Although this is a volunteer role, a remuneration package to cover expenses can be offered. Also, Camp Hill WRFC will support any training that the successful candidate needs or wishes to undertake.
