We're Back! For technical reasons beyond our control the North Midlands Website was deleted and moved to another service. We are now in posession of the appropriate upload details and are currently uploading all the old files. This may take some time as the web site has accumulated a lot of information over the last few years. While trwling through this site you may come across some error messages telling you that the page cannot be found. We know about this, please be patient while that page gets uploaded. As a reult of the website disappearance we were not able to update the County information on time. However, the new sites information is currently up to date. Whilst it's still "a work in progress" it was pressed into service to keep you all informed. Thanks for your patience. |

Hereford will be up against Luctonians in the Cup, Camp Hill will play Bournville in the Shield and Cleobury Mortimer will meet Ross on Wye in the Vase. North Midlands Website new home, Coming soon. We are getting very close to moving the north Midlands web site to it's new home. However, a couple of minor teething troubles are making us err on the side of caution. Particulary as this is the busiest time of the season for North Midlands fixtures. As a result we won't initiate the move until the summer when everything is "Done and dusted" but all things being equal the new site should be up and running by the start of the new season. To see some of the new features and to have a look around why not visit the "Work in Progress" now. |
County make a great start but... North Midlands got a great result against County Durham running out winners 41 - 16 but Northumberland put 38 past Cumbria for no answer giving them top slot in the pool on points difference. North Midlands showed great promise but some spilled ball meant that valuable points were lost. That said, it's only match one and there's all to play for when Cumbria visit Stourton park next weekend. The south results were:- Cornwall 66 - 8 Oxfordshire The final between the winners of the Northern pool and
the winners of the Southern pool will be at Twickenham 1st June 2008 There's no magic wand You may be aware that there are an awful lot of pages on this web site now. Many of these pages require updating regularly. Paul Bolton does an excellent job with the news and reports page on the Seniors section but the sister page on the youth section is eerily quiet. The competition pages are mixed, if you are responsible for the results and fixtures of any of the competitions please let me know about it so that together we can inform everyone. Let's not keep it a secret. |
