Clubs are invited to tender to host next season’s North Midlands Colts Cup Finals on Sunday April 7.
If there is sufficient interest to run an Under-17 Cup the final of this will be held on the same date and venue.
Clubs will need to provide a minimum of four separate dressing rooms plus a separate room for referees. They will need to provide one match pitch plus warm up areas for two teams at the same time.
Should the Under-17 Cup go ahead this will kick-off around 12.30pm with the Colts Plate and Colts Final following so that at least two dressing rooms should be available from 12 noon.
The hosting club will need to provide 50 meals for players after each game and a buffet for 25 officials and guests.
In addition clubs should expect to accommodate two or three team coaches plus 100+ cars, preferably on site.
All costs of the above to be covered by the hosting club through taking a gate. This will be finalised after the venue is settled.
It is expected that the hosting club will have the RFU Seal of Approval and be an active supporter of North Midlands Colts Rugby.
Any other fund-raising activities by the host club will be at their own risk.

The successful club will be informed by midnight on Sunday September 2 and after confirmation of their acceptance this will be announced to other tendering clubs as soon as is possible.
