Aldridge are seeking a new club coach for next season.
Aldridge won Midlands Five West (South) title this season having win the North Midlands Vase Plate 12 months ago. They are now seeking a coach to help the club build for the future on the back of those successes.
The successful applicant will work closely with the team captains to achieve further on-field success.
Aldridge opened a new clubhouse five years ago and aspire to grow the playing side of the club to match their excellent facilities.
The successful applicant will, ideally, be a Level Two-qualified coach although Level One coaches will be considered. The club would also be prepared to consider providing some assistance to achieve further coaching qualifications if they are in line with the club’s ambitions.
The club coach will have input into team selection and will work with the captains and committee on player recruitment and retention activities.
Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
Applications with a rugby CV should be sent to Nathan Scully, Aldridge RFC chairman, at: Aldridgerfc@gmail.com
The closing date for applications is May 25.
