Aldridge are seeking a new Club Coach to work with their senior teams.
Aldridge finished the 2017/18 season as champions of Midlands 5 West (South), losing only one league game in the season and won the North Midlands Vase Plate at the end of the 2016/17 season.
They are looking for a coach to help the club build for the future on the back of two very successful seasons. The successful candidate will work closely with the team captain to bring about further on the field success.
Having opened a brand new clubhouse in the 2012/13 season Aldridge are able to offer excellent facilities and they aspire to grow the playing side of the club to match.
The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching in the 15 a side game and will preferably be qualified to Level Two, although Level One coaches will be considered.
For the right candidate the club would be prepared to provide some assistance in achieving additional coaching qualifications so long as they are in line with the club’s ambitions.
The coach will be required to deliver two training sessions per week and attend 1st XV league and cup fixtures.
The club coach will have input into team selection and will work with the captains and committee on player recruitment and retention activities.
Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
