Bromsgrove School, the defending NatWest Schools Under-18 Cup champions, are through to the last 16 of this season’s competition.
Bromsgrove beat Abingdon School 47-17 in the fifth round and now face another away tie, this time against Bedford Modern School, in the fifth round on January 27.
Bromsgrove School are still involved in the NatWest Schools Under-15 Cup and will have a home seventh round tie against Uppingham School if they can beat Dean Close School in the sixth round. The seventh round is due to be played in the week beginning January 25.
There are two surviving North Midlands clubs in the NatWest Schools Under-18 Vase with Bishop Vesey’s GS hosting The Leys School and Hereford Sixth Firm College facing a trip to Newcastle under Lyme School in the fifth round which will be played in the week beginning January 11.
