North Midlands are working with the Community Heartbeat Trust, the RFU’s preferred partner, to promote new installations of new and to check and register already-installed defibrillators in member clubs.A meeting will be held at Dudley Kingswinford RFC on August 3 (7.30pm) to provide further information about defibrillators and their ongoing maintenance and answer any concerns.All Clubs are invited to send two representatives but, as places are limited, they are asked to confirm attendance to Sarah Wild at nmrfuas@gmail.com by July 14.North Midlands RFU will be financially supporting this project by £500 per new CHT confirmed installation (one per club) and £100 to Clubs with existing facilities and registering with WebNos and operating to CHT standards.
