Bridgnorth, Stourbridge and Veseyans are the first clubs to benefit from the North Midlands Innovation Fund.
The Innovation Fund has been established to provide funding to clubs to help them recruit and retain players in the 16 to 24 age group.
Bridgnorth have secured funding to help them retain their current Under-17 players by helping them with transport costs and waiving their club subscriptions.
Stourbridge will use their Innovation Fund money to develop links with six local secondary schools and Sixth Form Colleges and provide them with rugby experiences at Stourton Park.
Veseyans will use their funding to assist with transport costs to training and matches for players from Aston University with whom the club have established strong links.
