North Midlands will be bidding to secure home advantage in the quarter-finals of this season’s National Under-20 Championship when they travel to play Eastern Counties at Shelford on Sunday January 25 (2.15pm).
North Midlands booked their place in the knockout stages when they beat Notts, Lincs & Derbyshire at Dudley Kingswinford earlier this month but Sunday’s match will now decide who wins the pool and will have a home tie in the last eight.
North Midlands will be seeking to avenge last season’s damaging defeat by Eastern Counties in a pool match where they squandered an apparently comfortable lead.
