North Midlands pair Nile Dacres and Dave Brazier have retained their places in the England Counties squad for the international against Ireland Club XV in Cork on March 16.
Former Stourbridge lock Dacres, who now plays for Plymouth Albion, will start with Birmingham Moseley scrum-half Brazier on the bench.
Both helped the Counties beat Scotland Club XV at Moseley three weeks ago and have been included in a squad that shows three changes with Hayden King (Old Albanians), Heath Stevens (Coventry) and Jake Polledri all set to make their debuts.
“The new guys have integrated into the squad very well,” said team manager Matt Long, the former Moseley and Birmingham & Solhull prop.
“The key for us is trying to keep up that momentum from the Scotland game but we know that Ireland will present a challenge, particularly with it being St Patrick’s Day.
“We have prepared very well and the players are excited about pulling on the white shirt again.”
