Graham Robbins, a former Dudley Kingswinford player and president and a popular figure at Heathbrook for many years, has passed away.
Robbins arrived in the Black Country from his native Wales via South Africa and enjoyed a long playing career followed by many years of outstanding voluntary service to the club as playing chairman, supporting the teams through thick and thin.
He was also the Man on the Mic at Heathbrook for a number of years and even switched his rugby allegiance to England for a time when his son Darren, a hooker, represented England Colts.
Our condolences go to Joan, Darren, and Nicola and the rest of the Robbins family.
Graham Robbins’ funeral will take place on June 14 at Gornal Crematorium at 3.30pm and afterwards at Dudley Kingswinford.
Family Flowers only please.
