Shropshire will begin their attempt to win the Iskitz Three Counties Championship for a fourth consecutive season with a re-run of last season’s final.
Shropshire completed a hat-trick of titles by beating Worcestershire & Herefordshire in last season’s final at Old Halesonians but Worcestershire & Herefordshire will have home advantage when the sides meet again on April 23.
Greater Birmingham will host Worcestershire & Herefordshire in the tournament opener on April 16 before Shropshire host Greater Birmingham in the final group match on April 30.
The top two teams in the group will meet in the final on a date that has yet to be arranged.
The Iskitz Three Counties Championship is contested annually by the three Domestic Unions that make up the North Midlands RFU and provides players from outside the top four levels of league rugby in England the opportunity to play a high standard of representative rugby.
