Kidderminster Carolians are seeking a new Head Coach for next season.
Kidderminster currently play in Midlands Two West North – Level Seven – and run three senior sides plus a thriving mini and junior section. The 1st XV won the North Midlands Shield in 2016 and 2017.
The new Head Coach will help the Club deliver their three year rugby plan including the re-establishment of a Colts and Development XV.
The Head Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training sessions for all Senior Men’s sides and will take charge of the 1st XV on matchdays.
The Head Coach will also have responsibility for developing other coaches at the club and helping to build a succession plan to ensure the club is prepared for the future.
Candidates should have a minimum of an RFU Level 2 Coach qualification with experience of playing and/or coaching at a similar or higher level than Level Seven. They must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate at all levels.
Kidderminster would consider applicants who wish to combine this role with a playing role in the 1st XV.
Remuneration to cover expenses will be discussed at interview.
Applications with a rugby CV, together with any further relevant information should be sent to Brian Pinner, Director of Rugby via email to email@example.com
All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
The closing date for applications is Friday May 18.
