Kidderminster Carolians are looking to appoint a new Head Coach for next season.
Kidderminster currently play in Midlands Two 2 West North – level seven in the league pyramid – have been placed in the top half of this league consistently for the past few seasons and won the North Midlands Shield last season.
The new Head Coach will report to the Director of Rugby and they will work together to deliver the club’s ambitious three-year rugby plan. The Head Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training sessions for all Senior Men’s sides and the Colts XV and will take charge of the 1st XV on matchdays.
The Head Coach will also have responsibility for developing other coaches at the club and helping to build a succession plan to ensure the club is prepared for the future.
Candidates should be a minimum of an RFU Level Two Coach qualification with experience of playing and/or coaching at a similar or higher level than level seven. They must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate at all levels.
Remuneration to cover expenses will be discussed at interview.
Kidderminster Carolians are currently running three senior teams and a thriving Colts team.
