| Bio | I have been North Midlands Treasurer for a little over 21 years I am fully conversant with all matters commercial, financial and tax relating to Counties and Clubs and in addition I can advise on incorporation matters, legal structures, banking, financial reporting requirements for Companies House, FCA, Charities Commission and HMRC. I am a Chartered Accountant having spent more than 30 years as a partner in an independent Birmingham firm of Chartered Accountants I have been a member of certain RFU committees dealing with county funding, risk and audit. I spent my rugby playing years as a winger and captain for Edwardian F C during the late sixties, seventies and early eighties!! |
