The North Midlands Clubs Youth Forum will be held at Dudley Kingswinford RFC on May 16 at 8pm.
There will be a presentation by Ian Bletcher from the RFU about the Introduction of Age Grade Rugby from Sept 1.
The agenda will also include a review of North Midlands Youth Competitions and how clubs wish these to proceed.
In addition there will be an opportunity to raise Welfare and Disciplinary matters.
