Former Moseley and Royal Navy prop Tim Hardwick has joined the North Midlands Under-20s coaching team.
Hardwick, who is Bromsgrove’s forwards’ coach, will join a coaching team headed by Richard Protherough, Birmingham Moseley’s director of rugby, for the National Under-20 Championship campaign.
Vince Harrhy has also joined the Under-20s coaching team having previously coached North Midlands Women.
Dale Smallman, who stepped down as Bridgnorth’s director of rugby at the end of last season, has been appointed the new head coach of North Midlands Under-18s.
Ryan Smitheman of Dudley Kingswinford and James Shotbolt of Redditch have joined the North Midlands Under-16s coaching team which will again be headed by Andy Moseley.
There are also new appointments in the North Midlands Women and Girls teams.
Ruth Middleton, who is part of the Women’s senior side coaching team, has been appointed head coach of North Midlands Girls Under-15s.
Steven Lloyd and David Tozer of Shrewsbury have also been appointed to the Under-15s coaching team with Charlie Byrne and Josh Payne joining the Girls Under-18s coaching team.
