North Midlands RFU is pleased to announce that Steve Biggs has been appointed as the Discipline Secretary for the Constituent Body. Steve in his working life is a skilled Investigator, Administrator and Communicator. He has playing experience with West Midlands Police, Dixonians, Moseley, Greater Birmingham, and North Midlands.
He was recently a member of the North Midlands RFU Club Support and Development Committee, and currently is involved with the Wooden Spoon Charity.
