North Midlands RFU is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Part Time Administrative Assistant in February 2017.
The role will entail providing administrative support in all clerical aspects of the work within the Constituent Body including minute-taking when necessary, some financial updating, and updates of web site.
It is essential that the person has good Interpersonal, and time management skills. All the necessary IT equipment will be provided by North Midlands RFU for the successful applicant to ensure the role can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs would be ideal and of the Sage accounting system too, although not essential, as training can be given.
Initially, employment will be for a period of 15 hours per week, which will be subject to a review after six months. Salary to be negotiated and will be dependent on the proven skills, and qualifications of the applicant.
