Shropshire will begin their defence of the Iskitz Three Counties Championship with a re-match of last season’s final against Greater Birmingham at Birmingham Exiles RFC on Tuesday April 21 (7.30pm).
Shropshire retained their title last May and will launch this season’s competition, which has a new sponsor, with an away tie in the first group match.
Shropshire will then host Worcestershire & Herefordshire at Telford Hornets in their second group match on April 28 with Worcestershire & Herefordshire entertaining Greater Birmingham in the final group match at Ledbury on May 5.
The top two teams in the group will progress to the final which will be staged at Old Halesonians’ Wassell Grove ground on Sunday May 17 (3pm).
The Iskitz Three Counties Championship is contested annually by the three Domestic Unions that comprise the North Midlands RFU.
