NORTH MIDLANDS CLUBS – COMMONWEALTH GAMES / JUBILEE CELEBRATION
WALKING RUGBY CHALLENGE
A Walking Rugby Club Festival between Clubs is to be held at Kidderminster RFC on Sunday 31st July 2022.
The aim is to promote and support a ‘whole Club’ interaction/integration in an enjoyable and active, but not stressful and overly competitive environment. Team numbers and size of pitch to be agreed between Clubs prior to the start of each match giving due regard to the participants envisaged ability in each team.
A Club, to qualify, must field mixed teams at each of the categories below:

Points sored will be 4 for a win, 2 for a draw, bonus points for 4+ tries per match and a losing bonus point for being within 5 points of the opposition. All teams will play a minimum of two matches. Applications (attached) for Clubs to be included to be sent to Sarah Wild (email@example.com) and received by Friday 1st July 2022.
Each qualifying Club attending on 31 July, with 3 teams (qualifying criteria as above), will receive an equal share of £5000 in total to defer expenses.
Attending qualifying Clubs will also each to receive 3 match balls for their Club and enjoy subsidised hospitality at the event. Referees expenses, subject to their availability, to be covered by North Midlands.
